Terms of Service
Omnine LLC · omnine.ai and Orion
Effective date: September 1, 2026 Last updated: August 31, 2026
1 · This agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Omnine LLC. In them, "we" and "Omnine" mean Omnine LLC, and "you" means the person using omnine.ai or Orion.
By creating an account or using Orion, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the product.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information and forms part of this agreement.
Our address is P.O. Box 8082, Calabasas, CA 91372. You can reach us at support@omnine.com.
2 · Who may use Orion
Orion is offered in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United States to create an account. Section 17 explains what this means if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. You must give accurate account information and keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is your responsibility, so tell us at support@omnine.com if you believe someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Do not share it.
3 · Plans and prices
Orion is $49 per month, or $490 per year, which is two months free. There is one plan, and every new subscription starts with a seven day free trial, which section 5 explains.
Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any tax we are required to collect.
Normal individual use. Orion is for one person's own use. That is what our prices are built on, and it is part of how we keep the promise in section 6 that your rate never rises. If your usage runs far outside normal individual patterns, for example automated traffic or a volume that looks like several people working through one account, we will contact you first, before we take any action at all. We will work out a fair arrangement with you rather than cutting anyone off without warning.
4 · Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, on the date you first subscribed. We charge the payment method you gave us at the start of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed. You agree to this at checkout, where the renewal terms, the price, and how to cancel are shown before you pay.
If you are on an annual plan, we will email you thirty days before each renewal, telling you the date, the amount, and how to cancel if you do not want it.
You can cancel yourself, at any time, from inside the product. No email, no phone call, no retention conversation. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access and your Record continue until the end of the period you already paid for, and your subscription ends there. Your Record is not deleted by cancelling, and you can export it.
Cancelling and deleting are different. Cancelling stops the billing and keeps your Record. Deleting your account, described in section 15, removes your Record permanently and takes effect immediately, which means you give up the rest of a period you have already paid for. If what you want is to stop paying, cancel.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.
5 · Your free trial, and what a payment buys
Every new subscription starts with a seven day free trial. We save your card when you subscribe and charge nothing during the trial. Your first charge comes when the trial ends, on the date shown at checkout and in your confirmation email, and we email you a reminder two days before it. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged at all, your access continues to the end of the trial, and there is nothing to refund.
After the trial ends, payments are not refundable, except where the law of your state requires otherwise. A charge buys that period, monthly or annual, and the period is yours until it runs out. That holds however the period ends: if you cancel partway through it, if you delete your account, or if you simply do not use what you paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge rather than returning the last one.
This is why we tell you before an annual renewal rather than after. We email you thirty days ahead of each annual renewal with the date, the amount, and how to cancel, as described in section 4. If a renewal genuinely took you by surprise, write to us anyway and we will look at it.
If you delete your account partway through a period, the rest of that period is not refunded. Deletion takes effect immediately, and section 15 explains the one narrow exception to its being permanent: a thirty day window in which support can undo a deletion you tell us was a mistake. Cancelling instead keeps your access and your Record until the period you paid for runs out.
6 · Your rate does not rise
While you stay subscribed continuously on the same plan, we will not raise your price. If we change our published prices, your existing rate continues.
One thing to know. If you cancel and later come back, you start at whatever the current price is.
7 · What you own
Your Record is yours. Everything you tell Orion, everything Orion writes back from your words, and everything you save belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it.
You can export it at any time from inside the product, and there is no lock in. The export comes in two forms: a machine readable file covering all three pillars, every version of every entry, everything Orion has derived from your words, and your consent record; and a readable document for when you just want to read it.
To run the product, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content, and to send the relevant parts of it to the service providers listed in our privacy policy so Orion can do what you asked. That permission exists only to operate the service for you. It ends when you delete your content or your account.
We will not use your Record, your story, or your results in marketing, case studies, or any public material without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.
8 · What we own
Orion itself is ours. That includes the software, the question banks across Work, Life, and Growth, the structure of the Record, the Omnine Score and the ladder from Skeptic to Orchestrator, our methods, our prompts, our designs, and our names and marks.
Using the product does not transfer any of that to you. You may not copy it, resell it, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
9 · What Orion writes for you
Orion generates resumes, letters, messages, interview preparation, plans, and other outputs from your Record. Those outputs are yours to use however you want, including commercially.
Orion is built so that it works only from what you have said, and it is instructed never to invent facts about you. That reduces the risk of something false ending up in your materials, and it does not eliminate it.
10 · You are responsible for what you send
This section matters more than any other in this document, so it is written plainly.
Check everything before you use it. Read every output before you send it to an employer, publish it, or say it in a room. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit, whether you wrote it or Orion helped.
Follow the rules of the people you are applying to. Some employers and some hiring platforms limit or prohibit AI assistance in applications, assessments, or interviews. Those rules are between you and them. Orion surfaces published guidance on where AI use is appropriate, and that guidance is information, not permission. Meeting an employer's requirements is your responsibility.
Do not misrepresent yourself. Do not use Orion to claim experience you do not have, qualifications you did not earn, or results you did not produce.
11 · No guarantee of any outcome
We do not promise that you will get a job, an interview, a promotion, an offer, or any particular result. Orion is a tool for preparation and for organizing what is true about you. Hiring decisions are made by other people for their own reasons.
Nothing in Orion is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. If you need advice of that kind, speak to someone qualified to give it.
12 · Acceptable use
Do not:
- Use Orion for anything unlawful, or to harass, deceive, or harm anyone
- Upload content you do not have the right to upload
- Try to access another member's account or data
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service by automated means
- Resell access, or use the service to provide a competing service
- Attempt to defeat rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions
- Submit content designed to manipulate the AI into producing prohibited output
13 · Contacts you add
Orion lets you record people in your network and import a connections export.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold information about those people, and for meeting any obligation you owe them under the law where you live. We store it for your use only, and we do not contact them.
If someone asks us to remove their information, we will do it and tell you.
14 · The product will change
We are building Orion continuously. Features will be added, changed, and sometimes removed. We will not remove a feature that is a listed part of your paid plan without telling you first, and if a change materially reduces what you are paying for, you may cancel and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
We aim to keep the service available, and we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and problems at our providers will happen.
15 · Suspension and ending this agreement
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the product. Deleting removes your Record, everything Orion derived from it that is still linked to you, and your account, and it cancels any active subscription. De-identified counts you previously contributed to internal benchmarks cannot be removed, because nothing connects them to you. That limitation is stated in the consent before you agree to contribute. It happens immediately, you cannot sign in afterwards, and there is no way to undo it from inside Orion. The rest of a period you have already paid for is not refunded, which is covered in section 5.
Export first. The deletion screen offers you the export before it does anything, and it is worth taking.
If you delete by mistake, tell us within thirty days. We keep a sealed copy of a deleted account for thirty days so that support can put it back. Nothing in Orion can read that copy, you cannot reach it yourself, and no part of the product will ever show it to anyone. Write to support@omnine.com from the address on the account and we will restore it. After thirty days that copy is deleted and nobody can recover your Record, because there is nothing left to recover from.
You can also delete part of it. Individual entries, or an entire pillar, without closing your account.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other members at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
16 · Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Orion is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights.
17 · Where Orion is available
Orion is offered in the United States. Accounts are limited to United States residents.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you cannot subscribe yet. Serving members in those regions properly requires an appointed representative in each one, under Article 27 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR, and we have not appointed them. Rather than sell you a subscription and work out the obligation afterward, we have kept accounts to the United States until that is done. We do not market Orion in either region. Our privacy policy explains this in more detail and tells you how to have anything already collected deleted.
We intend to open to both regions. When we do, these terms will be replaced by a version that carries the consumer protections that apply there, including the statutory withdrawal right for digital services.
If you are elsewhere outside the United States, we are not currently offering Orion to you either. If you create an account anyway, these terms still govern it, and we may close it.
18 · Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If something goes wrong, write to support@omnine.com first. Most problems are solved that way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. This does not apply where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
There is no arbitration clause in these terms and no waiver of your right to take part in a class action. If you have a claim, you can bring it in court.
19 · Everything else
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and we will tell you if that happens.
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Orion.
20 · Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect, by email or in the product. If you do not accept the change, you may cancel. Continuing to use Orion after a change takes effect means you accept it.
